Kotokuraba Street Stories series is a selection of YouTube videos recorded in Fante. The cast are really good and believable turning many life dilemmas into funny skits which always have a moral story. We have been cracking up at these funny little skits that are just fun to watch.

The short plays/flilms follow some central characters and the people they encounter and meet. The cast of the skits are Apesowa Hayford, Maame Efua Essel, Sarah Nyame, Ephia Boodies, and Eric Nana Tampa. Who all bring their own distintive style to the videos.

If you have never heard of Kotokuraba it happens to be a large market area in the center of Cape Coast. This is where the group got the name from the series. Their intention is to highlight that comedy is all over Ghana and that there is a lot of great comedy talent in Cape Coast. There has been talk of a comedy movie around some of the skits in Kotokuraba Street Series so lets keep our fingers crossed and keep supporting.

Here are just a few of the funny comedy skits from the Kotokuraba Street Series

So SIKA Gari Truly works?

This is too funny….

You need to use your real voice for church

This is what happens when you envy a brother man
