Ghana especially around the Accra area has purpose built malls. So if you are looking for malls in Ghana you have come to right place. Ok these are the usual malls but tthere are the usual malls but we also have some interesting markets and precincts.
Are things in Ghana cheaper to buy?
Don’t be fooled into thinking that things in Ghana especially Accra are cheap. Yes, if you are traveling in then yes your exchange rate will work. But after you have settled you know that the Cedi is powerful and ial dollar and Sterling equvilant you will start to notice that the littel luxuaries you may be used to are sometimes 50% to 100% more expensive in Ghana. The areas where you know your Cedi will always go far in you are on holiday or on a short visit is food.
Can you shop online in Ghana?
Yes most shops offer online services and delivery in the Accra area and in the major towns and cities. When Covid hit many outlets quickly adopted online shopping so you can now get groceries and white goods delivered right to your door saving you time not stuck in traffic. The digital revolution has grown so fast in Ghana now that some market traders only take payments via mobile so no money is ever exchanged. Look out for the Universal QR code payment logos
