Tea Baa is back — and better than ever! After six years away, this beloved Accra spot has returned with a whole new vibe and plenty of flavour. The revamped space is giving Moroccan moodboards, lush plants, and creative energy — the kind of place where you can grab an iced tea, eat something tasty, and just vibe.
Located between Labadi and Labone (just set your Bolt or Uber to Noldor Artist Residency), Tea Baa is easy to find at 128 Ring Road East. Whether you’re meeting friends or chilling solo, the atmosphere hits that sweet spot between relaxed and lively, with both indoor and outdoor seating that feels easy and unpretentious.
The Food
The new Tea Baa menu mixes comfort and creativity. From spicy pork sliders that melt in your mouth to charcoal grilled chicken thighs with coconut fried rice that balance smoky and sweet perfectly, the dishes are all about flavour and freshness. If you’re hungry for something hearty, try the pork chops with mashed sweet potatoes — tender, spicy, and totally satisfying.
The Drinks
Tea Baa’s cocktails are still a highlight. We tried the Earl Grey Martini and Chamomillia — both light, citrusy, and seriously refreshing. Perfect for sipping while the playlist rolls through mellow Afro-fusion and chill beats. And yes, the iced teas are still a thing (though not in hipster jars anymore!).
The Vibe
There’s something familiar and comforting about seeing Tea Baa open again. The space is welcoming, the art adds colour, and the crowd is as mixed and friendly as ever. It’s a great place to unwind after work, have a casual date, or catch up with friends over good food and drinks.
