REEL CHANGE WORLD AIDS DAY 2026
Reel Change 2026: Nourishing Futures is a full-day social impact event taking place on Friday, 4 December 2026 (Farmers’ Day public holiday) in Accra, Ghana. Organized by Reformation Community and Cinema 57 in partnership with UNAIDS, the United Nations Family in Ghana, and the Embassy of France in Ghana, the initiative brings communities together around World AIDS Day under the guiding philosophy, “Come for the film, stay for the impact.” Building on GHC 220,000 raised in past editions, this year’s edition aims to raise an operating target of GHC 200,000 to deliver sustained nutritional support for children affected by HIV and fund micro-enterprise initiatives for their caregivers. The full-day program transitions from afternoon Market Day stalls, panel discussions, and community entertainment into an evening open-air silent cinema screening, funding its cause through ticket sales, vendor participation, corporate sponsorship, and in-kind contributions.
