Ocean Fit Day with a 25+ Year Seasoned Wellness and Fitness Coach from the Washington DC area. Flex your muscles and burn up calories. Sandy turf provides extra resistance for a deeper beach workout. Catch the sea breeze in between the 🎶house, gogo and afrobeats infused music. All experience levels are to attend. Akwaaba, please you are invited!*** Kindly bring your yoga mat or a large towel (big beach towel style) to cover the sandy ground for sitting or laying movements. These items will not be provided. What’s Included:Gate Entry Fee to the beach from Kusum Royal Beach entry gate ONLY.
