Capitol Cafe and Restaurant is a great place if you love a good grill and steak. We recommend trying the Beef Loquom which is sliced grilled beef seasoned with black peppercorns, salt and Thyme. Its best served with bashed potato. Some people like to have it with Jolloff rice but we recommend the potato.
