Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in the Caribbean Beach Party involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical activities, exposure to natural elements, and interaction with other attendees. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending this event.

Behavior and Conduct: I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. I will follow all event rules and instructions provided by the event organizers and staff. I understand that disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in my removal from the event without a refund.

Alcohol Consumption: If I choose to consume alcoholic beverages, I will do so responsibly. I understand that I must be of legal drinking age (18 years or older) and may be required to provide identification. I acknowledge that excessive drinking and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.

Health and Safety: I agree to adhere to any health and safety protocols in place during the event, including but not limited to using hand sanitizers, if required.

Liability Waiver: I release and hold harmless Beach Afrique, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage.Media Release: I consent to the use of my image, likeness, and voice in any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: I understand that the event organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, I will be notified, and any applicable refund policies will be communicated.

Personal Belongings: I am responsible for my personal belongings and valuables. The event organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
